NPEC 2011

The major annual private equity conference in the Nordic countries –
don’t miss out

THE GLOBAL PRIVATE EQUITY MAP IS CURRENTLY BEING REDRAWN. The European focus that was formerly placed on low-cost production is now being interwoven with new ties between industrial and financial participants in the East and West.

An increasingly large number of European companies export their products to the growing financially strong middle class in the East at the same time as Indian and Chinese investment capital is targeting the attractive Nordic markets. In turn, Nordic private equity companies invest directly or indirectly in the Asian markets via their portfolio companies. The portfolio companies can then liquidate to Asian industrial or financial players – or be listed on an exchange in Asia.

This new multi-dimensional world, with its close network across great geographical and, at times, cultural divides, presents opportunities as well as pitfalls.

The ambition of NPEC 2011 is to provide you guidance in this new reality. Which private equity markets are most attractive today and will be in the future? How do investors from India and China make their choices? How does one stand out in the fierce competition for investors’ money? And how does one find this institutional and private capital in a global environment?

We hope to see you in Stockholm on October 26.
